Wireless Backup Camera

Hey these things are dirt cheap on eBay. Anyone have some feedback on them. Can't even buy a 7 inch lcd display for what they are asking. Any chance you can link one of these to an android phone and put a gps up on the screen?

I don't know about other brands, but Rand McNally's RV and truck GPS's have that feature, and sell all the equipment.
I don't know why anyone would do that, the RM, RV and truck units come with a 7" screen. Having two 7" screens on the dash is cluttered, but I can watch my GPS and rear camera at the same time. Can't do that with one screen and two functions.

You get exactly what you pay for CHEAP. Had one in the pickup truck to use when backing to hook up the boat trailer. Every time I drove past a local laundry, their cameras would display on my screen. Sometimes I would get the camera feed from gas station store. Needless to say it became dumpster material real quick. Save your money for something better.

Wireless camera's get radio interference and distance between camera and receiver makes the signal weak. Best to get hard wired camera.

I agree there is a reason they are cheap. They are cheap made. I used them around my house and after about a year the color starts going out then shortly after that the camera goes out. This is after about 4 camera's. I have one that has been working for about 5 years though but pic not that good and it is 100' away from my shop to the house also moves at the push of a button. I don't recommend them.
