workhorse fuel pump

2004 newmar mountain aire with a 8.1 litre gas engine on a workhorse chassis needs a fuel pump anybody done this befor.

Not sure if you have to completely drop the tank, but a few guys have done the generator hose which requires dropping it some.

What type of problem are you having?

Fuel pump

The motor just turns over without firing lots of juice

Before going to all the trouble and expense of changing the pump I suggest you see if the fuel pressure at the rail is correct. There are several other reasons that could be unrelated to fuel causing the motor not to start.
