I have to agree with Ron, 60/month (2.oo/day) is very very reasonable,
The Moose lodge where I park offers electric, 30 amps, and water (luggable) 13/night, no sewer. And the odds are I'm going to support the lodge in other ways as well.
Your battery charger (If you can "Divorce" it from the rig, like I can, Likely needs 10 amps tops, and once the batteries are full 1-2 amps. So, 2.00/night, Actually sounds good. Plus shelter for the beast as well.. Good deal.

Inside storage at home would have cost me a little over $100/month so yes that's a good price.

I am in Orange County California, it is costing me approx $200 a month for storage, which is one of the reasons we are planning on moving to Minden Nevada soon, and buy a house with RV access.

That is a good price, but your neighbor should carry some kind of insurance so that if anything happens to your MH, it will be covered. I used to store our TT at the neighbors. When I offered to pay him, he said that his insurance company told him that if he took any money, he could be responsible for damages should any occur. Gave him some gift cards to some local restaurants and we were both happy.

National indoor storage charges 275.00 for my 40 ft RV which includes power, water, security, and safety. My covered spot at the local storage facility charges 199.00 for 30 amp and security.

Since values differ so much by urban vs rural and state to state I'd suggest you check with other storage options in your area.
In the end, what is reasonable is what both parties agree on -- if he is happy and you are happy, shake hands and move it in.

It's a good price if the owner agrees to rent it at your bid price. IMO it is worth twice plus your bid but great deal if you can close it.

I own a storage facility and $60.00 is about what we'd charge for an outdoor, unpaved site with no electric. If you can get an indoor site with electric, I'd jump on it!

I guess it depends where you are. We pay ~$285 every 3 months (~$95/month) for covered storage with 30 amp service and availability of compressed air, a wash rack with 50 amp service, a dump station, fenced and secured facility with excellent owners who live on the premises. We're NW of Houston, and there's a waiting list for covered storage in this facility that's literally years long - we've been here since 2000.

That's a great deal for indoor storage with power.
I negotiated to have storage included when I purchased my Class A back in January. Dealer is a reasonable distance from my home. Outside locked storage for $0 a month. Plus if I need any service I just call them and they take care of it!
