Sure would. The tire is 6 years old, and sidewall cracks could be dangerous. Depends on how much of a risk you are willing to accept. Could be a danger not only to the occupants of your coach, but to others on the highway.

Others will chime in.

Me thinks it's time to "re-tire".

On a car tire.. I wouldn't worry but I would plan for some tires soon. If it blows it would be inconvenient. On a MH, I'd replace them because when it goes, it's going to take a brutal amount of RV with it.

Approaching 5.5 years and what may be chronic under-inflation... I would head straight to the tire dealer.

Inflation tables are your friend. Michelin RV Tires | View Michelin RV Tires load and inflation tables for motorhomes and recreational vehicles. | Michelin RV Tires

If 09 is the correct date the first set lasted about the same as these.

Would you worry about this?

The first set were Goodyears and were on the coach when we bought it used in February 2010. I had them remove the tires and place the Michelin on as part of the deal.
Just had tire dealer look at them and he (of course?) said that they definitely needed replaced. The radial cracks like this are much more problematic than the checkering weather checking.

Oh, btw they were always correctly inflated as per Michelin table and corner weights.

Would not lose a lot of sleep over them, but would begin budgeting for new ones. Have the same issue and perhaps will replace mine when I get my tax refund.

How much damage would a blowout do to your RV (assuming it came loose and got bodywork) That alone would make me replace it.
