WY Hwy 14

Planning our trip this summer leads us to Hwy 14 from I-90 at Ranchester,WY to Greybull, WY. How is it to travel in a 45ft MH. Anyone been there, please advise as to condition and other advice. Thanks

Traveled that way three years ago with no problem. The road is in good shape and the traffic was light. Hopefully someone can provide more current info, but I wouldn't be concerned.

Have great trip!

Been that way in both an 18 wheeler and my motorhome. No way to go in a truck but a nice ride in a Motorhome if a if hill with a long downgrade don't bother you. Watch for the deer. Depending on which way you are traveling you can get there on better roads

Hwy. 14 is indeed in good condition. However, if you are not afraid of descending steep grades, you might consider hwy. 14A instead. Folks there say the A stands for adventure. It isn't really as bad as it sounds. I've towed my 5er down it.

If you do take 14A, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, just east of Lovell, is a little known gem. The scenery is magnificent. Big horn sheep and wild horses are almost always found right along the road, and as a bonus, the camp ground is free. There is a small fe if you want one of the sites with electric hookup.
