Xantrex AGS lights on Remote and Controller

For those of you with working Auto Gen Start systems by Xantrex.

Which lights are on all the time on your Controller and Remote modules with the house battery turned on?

I am trying to install a used system on my rig. Xantrex 84-2064.

I have 12.7 dcv into the controller and 9.32 dcv after the first diode in the controller circuit board but nothing lights up on either module.

So I need the above info to recognize when I have partial success in installing the modules.

Yes, I do have the manuals.

No, Xantrex is of little assistance.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yes, you are correct. Xantrex is of little assistance. I have called several times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. I have had a chirping alarm coming from my controller and cannot get any support from them to help me. Good luck....
