I've heard good things about them and got their platinum plan for the $50 transfer fee when I got my coach. The Alpine is going in Monday to have a cracked manifold on the ISC replaced so if you don't get any other answers I'll reply with my experience.

The PO of my MH said they paid for a brake job with no issues whatsoever.

We have them and just had to have our dash air repaired. No problems at all. Also used them when we had a couple of issues fixed in Forest City at Winnebago. The issues we had there were with the way Winnebago described our problem to extra ride.

I PM'd Jim but I'll put the results in here also just in case someone finds this thread in a search.

Just got the call from my mechanic. Xtra Ride paid with no issues at all, the only thing I'm paying for is my $200 deductible, "shop supplies" and the shipping for the manifold. I'm a happy camper.

I have ExtraRide Platium and so far have no grumbles. I have had cause to use it three times and they did what they said they would do, with me paying the $200 deductible. The first time was a short that I could not locate and was unable to get her started. They sent a mobile tech in short order and he fixed problem. That time I paid nothing since he didnt use any parts. Next the step motor failed and they paid the dealer to repair. Last time was fairly major in tht it was an electrical issue that fried some circuit boards and appliances, again no problem with them taking care of repair. All in all the plan has about paid for its initial cost. As long as they are as good as they have been in the past, I will continue to carry the policy.
