Just For Fun,

Why did it take 'several months' to complete the inspection? Seems like most deals would be lost to another buyer in that time period. Am I missing something?

I think this was directed to my post.
We were renting several properties that winter in FL between the Keys and Tampa. We made stopping at various dealers to look at motorhomes part of our winter routine and we saw a lot, both good and not so good. When we visited Lazydays the Tiffin that we purchased actually had a "hold" on it from another buyer. We made an offer and they gave the other buyer 5 days to buy it or pass on it. They passed and Tiffin made the deal with us over the phone as we continued our drive north. There were couple other buyers waiting in the wings if we passed on the deal.
Right place - Right time.
