Zone 1 AC Error code 07
My Zone 2 Air Condirioner is working fine but Zone 1 Air Condition/heat pump is displaying error code 07, no 120v to the power board. The 10amp dc fuse for the air conditioner is good. Does anyone know where the 120 VAC fuse or circuit breaker would be located in my 2011 Berkshire 360 FWS? photos attached for reference. Should I try to reset my dometic controller?

Do you have 120v to other appliances ? If so there should be a breaker box, which looks like a domestic item, mine is in the bathroom closet. There will be a breaker labeled "front AC"
I sometimes get the E7 error when first plugging in, before my surge protector has linked the pedestal with the coach.
Sorry I don't know the location of the breaker box, it should be in your manual.

There should be 2 breakers on the panel of your generator. Check for one of those being tripped. I had these very thing happen to me.
Good luck!

So checked the manual and it says there are 120V circuit breakers but does not give a location. Checked the circuit breaker on the generator and it appears to be on the on position. I'm running off shore power. Thinking about calling the dealer to see if they would know where the 120V circuit breakers would be located...I think I have search everywhere I could imagine they'd be.

I have a 7000 Cummins/Onan, they are on the generator panel behind the door. Good luck on correcting the issue!

Our E7 error ended up being a bad communication cable, Cat 5 or 7. The dealership finally found it. They originally thought it was the telephone type connector. We have a 17 Berkshire XL just purchased last month. Can't believe these things have so many issues right out of the box!!!

There will be two CBs; one for each A/C unit.
You KNOW that there is a panel in your coach, so make another scan. In most cases a circuit breaker for 120V will be close to the power source so that the manufacturer can save the cost of cable, so it is likely within 10' of where SP enters the coach.
Does your bed tilt up?

On our '13 Winnebago Adventurer, we also had circuit breakers inside the storage compartment beside the entry door. Check in all of your storage areas, they like to hide them...

I had the same problem, turned out my compressor was bad and needed a new unit installed. Check the amp draw. Good luck
