2016 Travato question

I just purchased a used 2016 59G and drove it home from Colorado. I tried to play a DVD through the system but could not get the picture to show on the TV. I did get the DVD sound so that system is working fine. I tried to read the manual to figure out what the problem was but could not. Does anyone have any idea how to get a DVD picture on the TV screen?

Did you change the input to the right setting? Mine needs to be on HDMI1.

Thanks for your reply. As it turned out, that was not the problem. I took it to Camping World and found out the HDMI cable was not connected! All is well now. Thanks.
