Add nav or sat radio to mercedes sprinter chassis

Looking at a Roadtrek CS Adventurous and noticed the mercedes radio unit does not have satellite radio. Also, has button for Nav but when you hit it, message comes up, "no navigation unit connected." Anyone know if the can be added? I know I could solve the problem other ways but don't like suction cups, extra wires an modules all over the dash, etc. thanks.

I was going to get an in dash nav system until I did a little research. I found that the in dash stuff requires a purchase of updated maps on disk or USB thumb drive which costs in the range of 80 bux. I decided to go the suction cup route with a Garmin that you can purchase with life time map upgrades
