Chinook Concourse length

anyone know the true length of a Chinook Concourse 21
I know it says 21 but my experience has been RV's can be a few more feet with bumpers, tires, steps.......etc

21 feet, 4 inches. I owned a 2005 concourse until recently.

I'm thinking about squeezing myself into something smaller but want to be sure it will fit into many/most parking lots.

Would really be interested in your opinion on that to!

I'm thinking 20-21 is about max

It does quite well in most parking lots.
