Class b under 22ft and sleeps 4?

Due to a family member with health reasons, we need to downsize to a class b. Basically this will be for day trips in "van" mode and occasional camping for the 6 or so weekends we do per year. A couch while traveling is a requirement. Ideally the couch is not in the back as that is an area that may mean car sickness while traveling. Sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids is most ideal, but father and son will sleep in a tent or a tear drop trailer if required and have mom & daughter sleep in the class B.

Ones we have considered thus far: (used).

-Chinook
-road trek versatile. Anyone have the "bed" sizes for the chairs that fold down for kid beds? None of the brochures show those measurements.

Please share any and all thoughts about what you have liked on these rigs or wish was different.

We are looking for used in the $30k range. I know, a tall order.

The Roadtrek brochure we picked up this winter gives this info for a new 170-Versatile.
Front single bed length - left, right . . . 58", 74"
Front single bed width . . . 22" (maximum)
