Drop down bed?

Anyone know of any rvs with beds like this. Preferably older than the shiney new 2015+ model years like this.

Thank you, I've searched so many rvs on trader, youtube, www. I'm not sure they exist except on European class b's.

not sure you will find anything on a class A prior to about 2013, one of the main reasons i waited for the 2016 Bounder was it was not available in the 2015 35K i looked at.

Good luck

Drop down? Not aware of any in a B. But pop UP? Yep, those exist. Check out Sportsmobile, GTRV, Colorado Camper Van, and a host of others.

If you're willing to go up to a B+/C size rig on the Sprinter chassis, there is a unique new "mini A" in the form of the Winnebago Via and it does have the option of a drop down studio loft over the cab area.

Beyond those, one of the best options I've seen for a class B is an aftermarket unit from Reimo that converts the front seats into a bed (Link Here).

There are also lots of DIY solutions for creating a loft/bunk out of PVC and cloth and suspending it from the ceiling via the front doors (Link Here). Looks like it would work great for kids.

Thank you for the links. Yes the pics I posted are from 2 newer b+ from Coachman and Dynamax currently on the market. I wasn't sure whether to post in the b or c forum.

Yes. They offered relatively small class A's in both gas and diesel and think they all had drop down beds. Good luck.

Not sure when they started making the queen drop down bed, I think 2014/2015? but the Dynamax REV 24RB is a Class B+ with a queen sized ceiling mounted drop down bed. Looked at a few of those on our RV search. Promaster chassis.

There are also several models that have a fold down Murphy bed Leisure Travel Unity 24MB and Pleasure Way offer Murphy bed options.

In a Class B a ceiling mounted/folding beds make a lot of sense to save floor space when you are not sleeping. More comfortable than the typical fold out sofa bed, too.

Yea the Rev and coachman Orion are the only b+/c that have those as far as I know. Seems like a great design, have a lounge and a full queen bed with no sliders. Hopefully we see more hit the US market.

I'm leaning toward the Orion because they are building it on the transit now. I like duallys.

That leisure travel Murphy bed system is nice to but the seats in front of it look mighty uncomfortable except in the most expensive model; it has power recliners. Out of my price range at 2x the cost of the Orion/Rev

Thanks for the input!
