I also got a towel bar, knife holder and bag storage:

Paper towel holder, magnetic spice rack and soap dispenser:

Hanging clothes hamper:

And stuff for the bath - toilet paper holder, magnetic brush, suction cup towel bar and a soap dispenser:

I also got a new grill (Grill 2 Go) and folding table. Here is a pic of my new "minimum setup" stored in the back. This is the least I'll carry on any given trip.

Love the magnetic spice rack. Where did you get it?

I don't know where Wincrasher got his, but we got our magnetic spice containers at Bed Bath & Beyond. They stick nicely to the metal barier above the stove. On our 1st gen 2015 model there is a solid metal rack above the sink and we were able to put the containers "right side up" there.

thank for the tips re magnetic spice rack. We have moved on from our Pleasure-Way Plateau to a 34' Class A but space is still at a premium!

Wind - What are the 2 items in the black cases? And is the table in the blue case?

The upright black case is a folding grill table. I stopped carrying this one because I thought it's too big.

The black case laying flat is one of those acrylic camp rugs.

The bluish green case is a coleman lantern pole. It folds out with a tripod base and has a pole so you can hang your lantern about head high.
