Help needed

Hi we recently purchased a 2000 Great West Van Classic Supreme and the water pump is not working(the fuse is not blown). I can't find where the water pump is located(we did not get a manual with the unit) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks cwt

They are usually located low and inside the heated part of the RV. Look under cabinets and closets. Look near the water tank and try to see where the pipe is headed. Also common to locate the pump under a bunk. If your water pump is controlled by more than one switch they often use a small circuit board to control multiple switches. The switch(es) could be good but if the circuit board is bad -- no power to the pump.

Thanks for the information. I found the water pipe ,that leads to the water tank, and I assume the pump is some where down by the tank like you suggested but I can't see it. I'm trying to find some sort of access panel that will allow to get to that space but so far no luck.

It may not be near the tank. On most B vans, the pump is under the kitchen counter/cabinet. On mine, you have to remove the drawers and it's mounted on the floor beneath them.

Good luck!

I checked under the kitchen sink and as you said I found the access panel for the pump. Thanks ever so much.
