How to get the taillight lens off

I just purchased a 2003 Chinook Density (The person I purchased it from is 93 years old and cannot remeber how to do very much on the RV anymore.) and I cannot determine how to get the taillight red lenses off. The unit came loaded with documentation but none of it covers how to change the rear light bulbs. There are no outside screws and no access from inside or underneath!

I took it to the local RV repair place and they could not help me other than they said they could "experiment by just pulling on it." Since there is no real need to get to the bulbs right now I told them no.

Anyone own a vehicle with these type of rear light that can tell how to access the rear light bulbs should I have to do so.

Thanks

I have round tail lights that are held in by a rubber grommet any you pry it out with a small screwdriver. Maybe yours is held the same way.
