Newbie looking at 2010 LTV Libero...advice?

I'm looking at a 2010 Libero with about 50K miles on it. It is located about 11 hours from me (driving), so not easy to hop over and look at it. It's being sold by a person I "met" in a facebook rv forum.

So first, any issues for this particular model that I should be concerned about?

And second, what is the best way to approach buying a used RV long-distance?

This is my first RV, so any advice is appreciated.

You really need to see it first and make sure everything works. Check for any water damage, ceiling, floors, etc. Take it for a test drive and ask for maintenance records. Make sure the floor plan is what you want. They are a nice unit and get decent gas mileage.

Rocky Dog,
As recent owners of a pre-owned 2010 LTV Free Spirit, I think you'll be happy to join the LTV owner family. Seems those units are well-cared for by their previous owners. There is an LTV Enthusiasts group on Facebook that is a good source for info. It's mostly Unity Owners, but some info is relevant for all LTV units.

Thanks for the update, so glad you are happy with the unit you purchased. We are starting to look into the LTV. Thanks again.
