propane filling stations

I have a 1993 leisure travel class b I bought 2 months ago.The propane fills under the running boards.First time I had it filled locally with no problem. It needs filling again and there was a new fellow working there. When I showed him were to fill it he refused. I wondered if there was a listing on the forum were in southern ontario canada I could get it filled.I live in woodstock 25 miles east of london.
Cheers
Bruce

I guess he was happy filling 20 lb tanks.He did not want to go near something more complicated.I think he was not qualified.The guy who did it 2 months ago had no problems.The filler is underneath the running board.

I have seen a few posts from folks with motor homes that run into a poorly trained pump jockey who yammers about re-certification and such (Which does not apply to mounted tanks on a motor home here in the US). There are a few other things where the problem is not your hardware, it's the pump jockey.

What I recommend is you go up the food chain a bit.. Google: Propane {Postal/zip code}
(use the postal or zip code where you are currently at)

Look for a Propane WHOLESALE place, the kind of place that has big trucks that deliver on their home page.

Try them. Often (NOT ALWAYS) they are also less expensive.

propane filling

Great news.I found a co-op station 5 miles away that filled it with no problem. I am sure the first one was was not trained and just did not want to tell me. Thanks again for advice from everyone.

So large repair facilities don't also sell propane?

Some Tractor Supply Company's add propane to RV's. Check this locator and give them a call.
