Removing old tv from 1999 LT van

I am trying to remove the original tv from my LT Dodge 3500 conversion by Leisure Travel. I can see the bottom and most of the top of the tv, but not the back. If anyone can help me ,I will surely appreciate it.

Don't know if I can help with your issue, however I have removed a TV from a '97 and a 2000 LTV Freedom but not a "99.
The "97's mount was quite different than the 2000. It was a seperate enclosure which once removed, the ceiling had to be reupholstered. If your mount is in a moulded fibreglass enclosure, you will find screws holding the TV in place. They may be quite hidden but they are there.
On mine they were under the moulding with caps on them. After I removed the TV, I covered the inside of the compartment and put a door on it to add storage. We did not replace the TV. Good luck!!

Thanks Fargo, for your help. My '99 has the tv and surrounding area upholstered in soft, white leatherette material, the tv seems separate and I should be able to remove it without damage to the headliner. Under the front corners of the tv are bumps in the fabric which probably conceal fasteners. I have not been able to remove them with a square or Phillips bit. There is a steel strap that hangs from a bolt at the top and goes down both sides of the tv
I will get it out ---- it may take a while.

It turns out that adhesive was the only thing holding the tv in. Now, I need to decide on the next move, maybe a fold down tv on the dash, just behind the windshield.
