How did you attach the shelves ? Are they attached to the panel itself with something like fender washers on the inside for reinforcements ?

I just screwed thru backside of panel into the shelf struts. Washers would be a good idea. As long as no one tries to sit on them, not worried.

Finally, something new to do to the van, NOT. I bought a HF 100W panel set to augment the stock 100W panel last year, but it's a pain to store, haul, and use. Well, I found a way to rid the negatives. I still need to make a conduit to run the wires down the door.

I decided to run the wiring thru the vent to an access door I placed in front of the side door. Extension cord is stored inside the trailer and just reaches the MH's plug.

For your install through the vent, will you need to make a notch in the vent cover for it to fully close? You’ve got a nice amount of solar up there. What are you using for your battery bank?

No notch needed, closes fully. No battery, it plugs into the MHs aux solar plug to augment it.

Friggin shower cartridge cracked again! Ordered a new one. I guess I have to remove it for winterizing every year.

I had the same problem. When you winterized did you use air to blow out the lines or siphon RV antifreeze into the lines?

I got tired of items on the shelves blocking the doors from sliding and toiletries falling out of the medicine cabinet. Some aluminum flat stock on the upper, 1/2 angle on the lower, bungies for the pockets, and spring rods all around.
