Thoughts on an '07 gas Sprinter ?

I'm considering buying an '07 sprinter rv but it's gas. 94,000 miles. How much of a concern should that be? Wonder what life expectation should be?

Thanks for any wisdom!

That's a pretty rare van. I believe the M272 engine was only offered for 2007 and 2008 and didn't sell that well. It's a smooth V6 but obviously will not give you the long-lasting service that a diesel would. I think it requires premium gas and also doesn't have the torque of a diesel.

For an RV, I'm thinking that if you can get it for a good price and it has good maintenance records, you shouldn't have a problem as you probably won't be putting on as much mileage as ones that are used for business and commercial purposes ...or so I assume.

Welcome to the forum. Report back should you purchase it and let us know how you like it.

Thanks Theroc. Made an offer on it but owner has it priced higher than a diesel would be .... We'll see.
