It surely is the trip of a lifetime, did it in a 36 ft Foretravel.
I see two potential difficulties with a Winnebago Era,both seasonal. The first is in the winter, it might be difficult to heat if it gets really cold. The second is in the summer, the Alaska state bird (mosquito) might be a problem unless your screening works better than mine.
Neither of these would prohibit me from doing it again, in my Era.
