Truma Combi is driving me nuts

we recently purchased a coachmen crossfit class B. We are downsizing and so far we have been happy. Now that the winter time and winterizing the truma combi is fast approaching, we find that finding a dealer that will service it is at least 130 miles away from your home. If I could obtain an understandable manual, it would be of great help. The online videos are okay, but don't cover the material very well. We live in WI, so getting it right is important.
Thanking you; Jerry

You don't actually "winterize" a Truma Combi as simply turn the bypass valve and then open the drain. I also open the pressure relief valve to help draining and then close it. I'm not sure what your access is like, but my dealer showed me how to remove a panel from the rear of the coach and all of the valves are right there and their function easy to understand, instead of trying to access them blindly from under the bed. I leave that panel loose now as I usually leave New England in freezing temps and return the same way (but with a tan ).
