Vote Now for '04 26' Born Free vs '05 26' Coach House

Look at both if you wish before voting:

'04 26' Born Free

'05 26' Coach House

Do not consider the price or the fact that one has a single bed in rear, for I personally could sleep just as well on it or one the electric couch/bed with a thick memory foam topper placed on it each night, which would be rolled up and placed out of the way standing up in shower during the day.

I want your preference in Make, drivability, comfort, mpg, maintenance, and overall cost and enjoyment traveling and living in it full time over 10 yrs. I would have a satellite TV antenna installed with DVR receiver for Dish or Direct TV, whichever was cheaper in long run.

45 views but no votes either way. I think I should put this in the Class C section. Made mistake putting it here I suppose. Search the Class C section if you still would like to vote.

OK, you have a vote. The truth is that I do not find either one big enough to be serious about.

I would vote for the Born Free, but then I am partial to them, since I own a 28' RSB model.
My wife and I did look at the coach house models but I didn't like the bath, the particle wood/laminate interiors and since they do not have a rear ladder providing access to the roof, didn't think the construction integrity would match the born free.
Drivability might be better with the coach house, but it is hard to beat the quality of the born free.
I have also seen many more used coach house models for sale over the years and makes me think new owners might not like them as much after they have a chance to own them for a while?
Check out the born free web site. Hard to find an owner who is not pleased with their coach.
good luck

Particle board? One of Coach House's selling points is no particle, or similar, board. We don't own on, but have explored a wide range of B, B+, and C RVs. Recommend plant tours when feasible or, if not, thorough checking at a major RV show.
