What Truck Chassis Is Used On A 97 GMC Savana 1500 Van??

I have a 97 GMC Savana 1500 van and want to lift it. What truck chassis was used, so I can swap parts to lift it?? I have junk yards in my area full or Chevy trucks, suburbans, and GMCs to choose from. What models of GMC and Chevy vehicles will swap suspension parts with my van.

Thank you for any help.

I believe to lift a truck at least when I was a kid you put blocks under the rear and different springs in the front and longer shocks which will all come in a lift kit. A 1500 should be 1/2 ton truck. I believe your junk yard can tell you which are compatible.
