Fuses for what circuits? 110 V AC? Coach 12 volt DC? Chassis 12 volt DC?

There is a 12 volt DC fuse panel under the dash.

We have a 2006 Mandalay.

as A Traveler said
What type of fuse are you looking for. All 120 volts fuses are under bed and for 12 volts, well all depends for what. some under bed, some under dash above steering, some in back compartment where inverter, charger is located

I have a 2006 Mandalay 40B and have not located the fuse panel under the dash. Where is yours specifically? Thanks.

Mine is right on top where steering wheel is. I have a panel with 4 caps and screws under caps. remove those and fuses are under this on left side. Lots of wiring and stuff under there

As Highball said, it is under the panel that covers the dash in front of the dash gauges. There is a screw in each corner, covered by an upholstered cap. Pop those caps off with a small flat blade screwdriver and use a Phillips driver to remove the screws. You will then be able to remove the padded panel.

Lots of interesting stuff under there, including a 12-volt fuse panel buried at the bottom of the wire harnesses, about in front of the tachometer.

Found it. I would never have imagined it would be under that dash cover panel. When they say "under the dash" I am thinking under the dash like automotive application I guess. They sure don't make it easy or convenient! Thanks all for the direction.

Along with under the bed and under the dash cover, I also have a fuse panel back in the inverter bay, last rear bay on passenger side

In addition, on my 2006 Mandalay there is a fuse panel on back wall of hydraulic bay, driver side front. So that makes a total of 5. AC foot of bed, DC foot of bed, under dash, inverter bay, hydraulic bay.
