2005 tropical starting issue

New member...help please.. old chassis batteries drained, replaced and fully charged, turn key on lights on panel come on WAIT comes on and then off, Rly1 is picked turn key to start and nothing happens, cked all fuses and cb's, no voltage to pink lead on top of starter, can't locate Starter relay, also replaced battery distribution center circuit board......this is a cat 350 C7 on freightliner Xc with allison mh3000...I'm parked wher I can't get it on a flatbed....help...mb

I don't know who will get this reply, so hope the right admins do as I'm new to these forums and didn't realize they were all tied together..therefore am guilty of posting more than once the same post. Please accept my apology. I noticed someone closed my post....how do I know where to look for a response? Did I miss a tutorial in my haste to get help? And what is this Notifications box?
