Yep...I had the opportunity meeting with Mike this fall while I was there for service. I look forward attending "camp" this spring.

For those of you interested in attending CF I would suggest signing up early as the classes do fill quickly.

Yep, good course. Well worth the time and money. We went in Nov of 2010. If you're going to Gaffney, schedule a service appointment early. They fill up quiclly around the class dates. If you can afford the time I recommend scheduling your service for a day or so after the class ends. You will be much wiser coming out of the course and probably better able to get the work you need, and only the work you need. By the way, I will try and get all my scheduled service done in Gaffney from here on out. These folks really know their product and took great care of our coach.

If you're on the West coast, don't wait for the dates, just tell them you want to be there.Get on the list. I didn't know about it till about 5 months before hand and all the spots were filled and I only got in because of a last minute cancel and I was able to go..It's a great show with Mike and you will learn at least one thing new and mebbee a whole lot of new things..

I tried to get on a West Coast list but they wouldn't let me....I even tried to pay for it & it was still a no-go. Freightliner's response was "just watch the website".
Hopefully it will work out for us all.

Mike is a good instructor and the service facility does a good job on your coach.

If you have pets, be very careful. We were at CF in September and had service done while in class. When they were done with the coach, they parked it in the lot with no power and my cats were literally gasping when I got to them.

They were using interns and they failed to notify me when done even though I was very explicit in my instructions.

Tried also. No go. Not really happy about how the call was handled. Seems like maybe no one cares about us West Coast owners.
