I've been having a problem with my right low beam for a bit now and it finally quit working at all.Put several new bulbs in it to no avail. Finally the other day I really started checking thingshauled out the testers and went to work.Found that there was power to the plug, but when I plugged the headlight in,there was now power indicated.Hummmmm, that ain't gonnna cut it,so I called Gaffney and got the most patient guy on the phone and I wish I had gotten his name for an atta-boy.Explained the problem and he walked me thru several things and finally told me it was probably a relay going bad. Told me where they were and man, those things are hard to get out of the board, especially with one hand on the cell phone.Yep,that was it.Went to the parts house and bought two new ones and changed them both out.. Thanks to the guy at Freightliner,I now have all my headlights working again.

I noticed my foglamps do not work on my 99 Itasca and I wondered if something would break trying to pull the relay out. Did you find it comes loose by firmly pulling or something else that worked for you?

It was really difficult to pull them out as they are hard to get hold of. I would suggest using a good pair of needle nose pliers. the parts house had two different brands of them and 1 was$#11 and the other was $17 and they looked as if they came from the same place, but different boxes.
