I was shown a black tall relay that was in outside electric bay box , but I can't remember which one. This relay was the cause of it not working before . Yes, it could be the same again.
What fuse did the dealer replace? Might be the same one again.
The outside fan is not the compressor. The compressor is on the engine and should be silent.
Depending on the coach you might have electric fans that blow over the condensor coils in the rear of the engine bay. They have a fuse but you can install a circuit breaker in the same fitting.
