Go ahead and dump them. If the coach is going to sit for that long, they'll be empty anyway because the leveling valves continue to operate until the tanks are empty. There are rubber bumpers inside the bags to provide support while deflated.

It also makes it easier to get in and out of the coach.

Yes. Either one. Suit yourself.

I usually put the jacks down and that dumps the air automatically on mine, but if I don't use the jacks then I leave the air up. It gradually leaks out anyway, though.
