HI all
after the replacement of my heater core wich leaked and the replacement of my broken thermostat. Inspite to folow the folowing recomandation,
I've a low water alarm..
1. Close the heater loop inlet gate valve (N°2) at the rear of the engine block and the heater loop outlet gate valve at the inside
rear left hand frame rail. (N°4)
2. Open the petcock valves at the side of the radiator surge tank, (N°1) . And the heater loop petcock(N°3).
3. Fill the surge tank. 3.5 gallons per minute max.
4. Start the engine and run at idle for 10 seconds. Then run the engine at high idle for one minute. Then back to idle. (Let the engine continue to
idle thru the rest of the fill procedure.)
5. Open the heater loop inlet gate valve.(N°2)
6. Close the petcock valve at the heater loop (N°3)outlet when it begins to flow a
steady stream of coolant. Do not allow more than 1.5 quarts to escape.
7. Open the heater loop outlet gate valve. (N°4)
8. Close the petcock at the radiator surge tank (N°1°when it begins to flow a
steady stream of coolant. Do not allow more than 1.5 quarts to escape.
9. Top off (refill) the surge tank. (Replace the radiator cap.)

So I suspect air in the coolant. Do you know where is the coolant level sensor I don't find it??
This is a link to the kysor module wich manage it:http://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.co...STALLATION.pdf

I think ther s air just near the thermostat the alarm begin about 4 minuts after i start the engine. DO you think I have to take off the themostat hose?
THis is some picture of the system
Thanks!

I may be wrong, in that this may not apply to your unit , but the coolant level sensor is in the overflow/surge tank , just below the cold fill line on my coach.
Good luck

FInally I found the coolant sensor It's on the radiator \access is from inside of the RV up right of the radiator.
Otherways I found the module too, It's on the inverter compartment, it's a MEDAILLON coolant level module.
