I cannot locate the lanyards to blow-down the water out of the air dryer. I have a 2001 Winnebago Journey with the 330 Cat not sure the chassis designation beyond it being Freightliner.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Randy

While your Winnebago may have a different filter system on it than mine (it is a Haldex PureOne) mine has no lanyard there. My lanyards were coiled right at the tank valves. My tanks were centered between the rails, behind the driver's area and to see them, I had to lift the front of the coach up. One valve was very visible by looking toward the center from behind the passenger side wheel. To get to the front lanyard, I had to crawl underneath. I'm confident that if you find the tank valves themselves, you can see where the lanyards have been run. That task is left to the coach builder, not Freightliner. The valves only open by pulling perpendicular to the tanks so the lanyards would have to be run that way for them to work. Like I said, mine were still coiled right at the valves.

Mine are along the frame rail behind the passenger side wheel. I use the awning rod to snag them without having to get behind the wheel or crawl underneath.

Are there two tanks or three? I see the lanyards for two tanks, one each in the wheel wells, but have been told there are three tanks to blow down. Have not yet been able to crawl under the entire coach to locate the tanks yet b/c I don't have heavy enough jack stands and I won't bet my life on the levelers.

Best Regards!

On my 2004 XC there are three drains. Had a heck of a time finding them all.
