ninos, If you have registered your FCCC on the website you should be able to get some insight about that by looking at the drawings for your suspension. Call 800-FTL-HELP and speak to one of the technicians from M-F during "Normal" business hours.

It is unlikely that any suspension components would wear out on your 2006 chassis. If the component was damaged in some way you will have to have that looked at. I would suggest an Oasis Service Center if one is available near you.

I replaced my bell crank on my 2006 FCCC chassis (2007 coach) in March. Did it as part of some suspension upgrades including MCUs and a TruCenter.

As long as you have a large enough socket, it's a pretty easy job to do yourself.

Like Tom I replaced mine during some handling upgrades I was doing when my coach was only a few month old. If you do a search here on Super Steer bellcrank you'll find a lot of background on why so many are replaced.

Having said that, I don't think it made any noticable difference in the handling of my coach. It just made sense to replace when I saw the difference in the factory and after market units.

I replaced mine on an '05 as part of a major suspension upgrade. I was planning a mega trip and wanted the upgrade. As part of the package I don't know how much of a part it played. But I do know that the upgrade definitely reduced the fatigue factor and made major improvements in handling.
