I want to purchase a set of spare belts, hoses and thermostat for my 1999 freightliner on a Winnebago suncrusier. Where is the best place to find the part numbers ? best price

Contact the Freightliner Help Desk 24/7 at 800-FTL-HELP with your VIN# in hand for part #s. Be careful when looking for best price - are you getting best quality parts, or something else.

I needed the same thing and called them and they were no help except to tell me to call a local freightliner dealer. They actually acted like I was bothering them.

I find that very hard to believe and never heard of such a problem. I have called many times for detail info and never had a bad response. They give be very detailed info and help trouble shoot the issues over the phone and on email.

Called them last week and that's just what happened. Then I called the Reno freightliner and he said he was real busy and took my # to call me back but guess what....he didnt. Before calling me a liar you should realize that the same people don't always man the phones and results will vary. What I said was the truth.

I received a call back from one of the techs a couple of days after I left a message. He was extremely helpful. He emailed 4 pages highlighting the parts I would need. I took it to the local freightliner parts desk. They hardly looked at the list I provided, ordered my parts and I verified the part numbers on my list. good service. took a couple of days but I'm happy.
