That is so hard to imagine for an Oasis service center in the middle of the Florida RV region. Shame on FL for allowing their Oasis system to operate like this.

Ditto FT. Worth FL, word for word. They flat out told me that they were doing me a BIG favor for even working on it and that if I didn't like it, I could go someplace else. P.S. They didn't fix the problem that I took it in for. In fact, they weren't even in the right section of the vehicle, working on it. To be fair, I did work on it myself, on and off, for several months before I fixed it but then I'm not a trained truck tech and I was learning as I was going. I know more about the CAN buss now than anyone in that FL shop.
When places do business like this, exactly what chance do does anyone think that they have of the tech greasing the zerks really making sure that every one takes the proper amount of grease or of the inspection portions of a M2-M3 service being done to catch potential problems? Our only hope is that the econony will take a little hot air out of their approach.
