You will get a notebook that will become specific to your Chassis.

For an extra $25 you can bring your wife. When I attended there were a number of couples there.

There may be a shuttle from the KOA to Camp, or let your wife drive you to camp, then she can have the car. We scheduled our service to take place while in camp and stayed at the Service Center.

Hope this helps a little.
So in non-military terms I will be in class from 8 to 5. What is the dinner and discussion part?

My wife said she rather be at the pool instead of school.

The dinner and discussion is more learning, albeit a bit informal. My DW did not attend or travel to Gaffney with me so it was a non-issue for us. I did schedule my maintenance while I was there.

2018 Camp Freightliner

I contacted Freightliner concerning the 2018 camp schedule and was told that the new schedule will be released later in Oct or Nov.

I may have to cancel my Freightliner class which is for next week. I was on the way, but we had to turn around due to Hurricane Irma causing the campgrounds we was to stay to cancel our stays. The timing and the projected route of Irma is making me cross it's path to get there. Will Freightliner give me any money back?

I sure don't know what Freightliner's policy is regarding these things. Here is the telephone number of the Service Center where the class is help at Gaffney, SC. 864-206-8613. Give then a call and see what they say.

Just received an email from Freightliner and everything is a go for next week. We are scheduled for CF and service on Monday. They did give phone numbers to call if weather plans are changing your appointments.

I heard back from Freightliner and my only option is to reschedule early next year. That is not a problem with me being I will most likely get my motorhome serviced at the same time.

The classes are still scheduled for next week, but I just cannot get there. My 5 week trip has been trimmed down to a 4 week trip with campground cancellations in Savannah, Charleston and now Gaffney.

I am in the March 26/27th class after having to cancel last year due to Hurricane Irma. Last year I got a call from Mike to confirm prior to the class.

How far in advance should he call for my class this year? All I have for confirmation that I have this class is an email from Freightliner.

I took the class in 2014 and was given a date when I signed up. I never had a call from Mike confirming a date prior to the class. I just showed up for the specified date and all was good.

I am sure you will enjoy the class and learn a lot. Mike knows his stuff and is a great instructor. IMHO

I'm scheduled for one a week from Wednesday the 21st of March in Tucson.
I thought there might be something about it in this thread.. apparently not. Hopefully they will still have it if I'm the only one that shows up..
