Are you asking for the msrp of a bare chassis or are you asking for the msrp of a freightliner chassis connected to a specific brand of motorhome? I have never seen the msrp of just a freightliner chassis.

Since Freightliner wholesales the chassis to the box builders, they don't fall under any Mulroney MSRP sticker requirements insofar as the general public is concerned. You might be fortunate enough to find someone who will be willing to share this information with you, but it's not something that's widely available to the public at large.

Each coach builder specifies their own XC chassis configuration to Freightliner and contracts for a large number of those units for the year. Or even multiple years. The price would be a negotiated one and I suspect the contract price is a closely guarded secret.

Why I am asking is because Ma. cannot get this info so I can be charged the correct excise tax.If it was a F53,F450,etc, chassis they have that info!

If the state is seeking this information, I would think that the only sources they would accept would be straight from Freightliner or from the coach builder. Have you and/or the state filed a formal request for this information with these parties?
