I have a 2005 Damon Tuscany diesel with a c7 350 cat. After leveling the dump valve on the left side near the left front wheel failed to close. I ordered a new dump valve. has anyone else ever had this issue with a sticky dump valve the air bags will not fill unless the valve closes. have not done the work yet

Yes, I had a similar problem with the drivers side rear height/dump valve and valve has an internal check valve that would not hold after the dump was closed leaking air. The bag did inflate but with a serious air leak that the air compressor could just keep up with from the check valve and of course it was 40 days out of warranty. I did try tapping the valve and disconnect the level rod and exercised the valve with a slowing of the leak but just came back at full strength a short time latter.
