Vin 4UZAAHAK42CJ83609 Chassis # J63809
I have two codes displaying using the method to display codes using the cruise control. I suspect these to be very old codes that were never cleared?
Does anyone know how to clear so I can monitor if they should return?
Current codes
15 An Injection Actuation Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault
39 Injection Actuation Pressure System Fault
Does anyone know what problems I might have if these codes are valid?

If they are current the engine will derate and go about 35 mph max, with engine light on dash lit.
I had 15 and 39 codes on mine that turned out to be the sensor, about $90.00, and injector pressure control valve about $200.00 at Freightliner. A bit of a bear to change ,oil comes out in area when removed sopped up with paper towels. Changed oil and filter after IPCV ,sensor change,no problems since.
Remove solenoid before trying to remove ipcv, makes it easier to turn valve to remove.
Can't remember the engine hours but lights will go away at a set hour after correction or go to Fliner for about $150-200 to get them cleared.

No engine light is on now? One time over a year ago the engine light came on and derated my speed to 35. This was before I knew about how to read fault codes. After several hours of plugging unplugging stuff by my RV man the light cleared and all became normal. I just had it serviced at Caterpillar which included an ECM download? I would of thought they would have cleared? Thanks for the input and I may just monitor for now. Please advise?
Kind regards, Tom
You might want to consider , looking for one of these on sale .
I agree the shop should have cleared codes before the ECM flash, or at least reported and estimated repairs if they found recent codes. Automotive that I worked with would store codes with , the number of vehicle start ups since set ,and automatically clear codes after 50 to 250 starts.
