Are they going dead after being hooked to shore power? Are they getting charged by the alternator? What is the voltage on the chassis battery when connected to shore power? What is the its voltage with the engine running?

When my coach was brand new, I had the same problem. It took four trips to the shop to find out that a light in the generator compartment was on. The generator compartment would have to be open at night to see the light on. I now keep a clothespin near the lamp to use as a reminder.

Improperly adjusted cargo bin light switches can also be a problem.
