Engine won't start

I have a Cummins 400 ISL that will not start. I have replaced fuel filter & fuel/water separator and filled filter vessels full of new diesel fuel. I have performed the 6-step Cummins priming procedure to remove air in lines 11 times and no start. I do not see tell tale smoke from exhaust while cranking so believe the problem is a fuel pump. Chassis is Freightliner for 2005 Allegro Bus. Does anyone know where fuse/breaker/relay for fuel electric transfer pump may be located to check for pump circuit operation? I need to start for trip this week.
