Has anyone tried to replace the fan belt on a cat 3216. I need the diagram as to the routing and tensioning.

The chassis manual will have a routing diagram in it. It is real easy. Put the belt around the pulleys at the top by raising the bed for entry. Go underneath with a 1/2" ratchet for releasing the tensioner. Take the tension off and put the belt around the remaining pulleys. Release the tensioner. Takes about 10 minutes. I have done it on the side of the road.
