Hello irv2.com Freightliner Chassis Forum users!

We here at FCCC are excited to become part of this online community. We just wanted to let you know that we'll be setting up monthly hour-long "chats" where you can type questions directly to our experts here at FCCC's headquarters in Gaffney, SC and they will be answered in "real time". We'll be sure to give you advanced notice of when these "chats" will happen so you can plan to get online and talk to us if you'd like. We will try to keep an eye on this forum and make sure everyone's questions and needs are addressed, but we highly recommend calling 1-800-FTL-HELP for any and all questions you might have or help you might need. If you have general questions, please use this number during East Coast business hours only (8am-5pm) if possible. We'd like to keep the lines as open as we can after hours for breakdowns or other urgent needs. We pride ourselves on offering first-class customer support and short hold times. If you'd rather leave a message, please do and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. All of our customer support representatives are here in Gaffney, SC and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. And, each and every one of them has worked on the production line or as a service technician so you will speak to our most technologically knowledgeable employees every time. We look forward to increasing our communications with you in this forum so stay tuned!

Welcome aboard FCCC!!!

There is little a manufacturer can do IMO that is more useful to more customers, and at the same time more cost effective for the OEM, than to participate in a well attended customer forum. For the price of answering a single question, you inform dozens or maybe hundreds of product users not just now, but on into the future as forum users invoke the "search" capability of this great internet community. Gotta be great for overall PR as well, all the while adding value for the chassis owner. Thanks FCCC, for the commitment.

Welcome Freightliner,

Welcome to iRV2, we’re really glad to have you here as a new member and as an official iRV2 Sponsor; we are looking forward to reading your monthly hour-long "chats" about your products. You’ll find a great bunch of folks on this site who are very knowledgeable of RVing, the rigs we use, and the places we go in them and they'll be eager to participate.

Again, welcome to iRV2, we’re glad you joined.
