Just got back from Camp Freightliner. A 2 day school about the FL chassis.

The impression I got from the instructor was that FL wants you to give them a call whenever you have a problem. They will help you determine who is at fault and what needs to be done. When it is a FL problem they will start a ticket, pass it on to the service center of your choice(?) and help you in every way they can. Just remember pretty is, as pretty done. You get further with politness than vinegar..Good Miles
