Freightliner stores parts information in a computer application called Access Freightliner. This is available to all dealers for multiple coaches but you, if you are the registered owner in the Freightliner system for you VIN, can have access to it for your specific RV.
I have used Access Freightliner for mine and can tell you that it is one of the most user unfriendly applications that I've ever used - and I'm in the computer application business. Still, having it is not a bad idea because it does show you the subgroups and some part number information.
Alternatives to that are:
1. Calling FCC in Gaffney. The tech support guys can normally help you look up a part number. They have been extremely helpful to me
2. Calling a local Freightliner dealer. With the last 6 digits of your VIN, their parts teams have access to the part information for your coach. As you have probably recognized, the difficulty in finding a specific part is in remotely talking them through where to look. Some dealers have parts people who are more cooperative about taking the time to do that than others. I've received very mixed responses to working with both of our local Freightliner deals on parts matters but one is consistently better than the other.
