Freightliner Fleetwood Discovery

Hey Everyone,

I have a 2005 Freightliner Fleetwood Discovery with a Cat engine. Looking for any kind of schematics for the front a/c controls, REV Group seems to provide no help.

Thanks,
Dustin

It’s Denso. Fleetwood sent me some PDFs a few years ago. My diesel mechanic was familiar with it. The thermostat is a common failure. I have an 05 Expedition which is pretty much the same coach.

Like previously said it's Denso. Don't call Rev group because that not who built the RV. Call fleetwood up and give them the last 6 of your Vin and they will give you the schematics you need. I actually got the same ones 2 weeks ago. I usually just email with my vin and what I need and always get a prompt response.

Side note, The denso unit in fully enclosed, very hard system to work on. The only thing really serviceable on this unit is the dryer which is located on the firewall.

Do you know how your mechanic fixed your unit. It's only serviceable from within the passenger compartment and it seems the dash has to come apart. Any info you could provide would be beneficial.

Thanks

In my Expy the top section of the dash comes out with some screws and the defroster vents. This is the panel between the windshield and the molded front. He charged me less than an hour labor and about $50 for the thermostat. That’s all I know. He said the dash controller sometimes fails. Now mine has developed a slow leak. He filled it (5 cans) about 2 years ago and it is now not blowing very cold.

Thanks for the response. https://www.fleetwoodrv.com/ is the website which now is owned by REV Group. Emailed them and they said unforuantly this unit is under Fleetwood Enterprise.... So Emailed back stating okay... well whats there number and email. I deal with a lot of units now and REV Group is buying up most of the big company's ie. (Wheeled coach, Setra, El dorado) They are terrible to deal with and get information. If any one has schematics if they could email them to me possibly.

Thank you,
Dustin

Not sure why your having such a hard time finding what you need but I just emailed them last week for the exact same diagrams at 11:30am and received a response at 2:30pm with the diagrams. I understand they are owned by Rev group but are run seperetly.

Use this email to get what you want, make sure to include the last 6 of your vin. They hard provided me with so many diagrams and I never had any problems. fleetwoodmhservice@revgroup.com.

Or send me your email and I'll forward you the docs you are looking for/.
