Here's a link to the Freighliner Owners Club for those that have them. It's a pretty informative site including recalls (on Cat & Cummins engines as well as Freightliner chassis)and tech info. I did notice however that the exhaust manifold issue on the Cat C7 isn't listed. I'm guessing the recall came out after the 12-29-06 update of the website.

Jestme,

there is a field service campaign FS352A (not a recall)for a potentially loose exhaust clamp on some units mfg between certain dates. You can see a copy of the letter sent out to those owners it applies to, in the files section of the yahoo FCOC group
FCOC Files
someone also posted a picture of the screws added by their FCCC shop for this fix, in the photos section of Yahoo FCOC group - FCOC Photo's

Jim

Steve, the campaign is for units built prior to November 29, 2005. Yours should be okay.

B-T-W, how do you like your new ride????
