When I lost mine, I called Freightliner parts (864-206-8584), described the hub nut which they were very familiar with (they must sell a lot of them). They'll set you up with a price and ship it quickly. I'd recommend you also get the wrench, it was only $10 but works great and doesn't scratch the chrome.

Why not just take your other one to the local hardware store?

one is a lefty threaded and the other is a righty
ours are very long threaded, couldn't imagine one taking a powder on its own,
most OTR truck places carry them in many different styles if your in a pinch

He was asking about the nut to hold the cover on, not the hub nut itself...

I do believe..

The Freightliner hub is held on by a one piece nut/bolt; the head is a hexagonal piece with the company logo, and epoxied to it is the threaded bolt that screws into the hub assembly. There isn't any way to effectively replace this without the original part, unless you use some washers and long bolts - and that wouldn't look too good.

Here's a post which may help you. There are pics of the item you require in addition to wrenches which can be made or bought. Take note that my cover bolts were both right hand thread while some have a right and left hand thread. the right hand bolts are SAE 1/4-20 thread.

Freightliner Rear Axle Hub Caps

Your best source for the logo/bolts is from your local Freightliner Dealer.
